Pure Oats products from Cream Hill Estates ( oats and oat flour) are now available at Morell Coop Grocery Store on highway #2 in Morell. They also carry O'Dough's buns and bread (quite good). Gluten-free sausages ( Taylored Made brand) are also available.

Riverview Market on Riverside Drive in Charlottetown - They have a frozen 1 lb. package of chowder called Supreme Seafood Chowder. It has been prepared by Edwin Aitken, yet another graduate of the Culinary Institute! He contacted me to see about making this product known to our chapter. He has been working with the Food Technology Center and he has come up with a product that uses our local fish and vegetables. They are using corn starch as a thickener and as such it should be GF. They hope to produce new fish products in the near future which will also meet our needs.
